This review is way overdue. I’ve been going to Chaps & Co. for the past two years, and I’ve never received anything short of spectacular service. I recently moved from Jersey City to Pennsylvania and still make the drive just to get my haircut here—specifically from Billy. Not only is Billy a phenomenal barber, but he's also a great person to have a conversation with. His energy is always positive, and talking with him about life adds even more value to the experience. Chaps & Co. is truly a luxurious, masculine reset. From the moment you walk in and are greeted by Marley—who offers you an excellent coffee or a whiskey—you feel taken care of. By the time you sit in Billy’s chair, you know you're in good hands. He pays close attention to every detail and won’t stop until he’s 100% satisfied with his work. The shampoo and conditioner phase is another highlight. It leaves you feeling clean, refreshed, and styled with precision. You leave feeling like you just got the best haircut in NYC—and that’s exactly the kind of confidence you need to stay competitive in the city that never sleeps.

Im very new to the city and when I needed a cut and wanted to give this a shot, I chose great barbershop hands down. You're greeted with a beverage of your choosing and just relax and wait for your barber to be ready. I had lIker and he did a great job! Very welcoming from the start, listened to my particular style that I wanted and he delivered. I 100% recommend getting him while you can because with that talent, he'll keep getting book up.
